Slot Studios

Each profile collects the games we hold for that developer, the mechanics it uses repeatedly and the shape of its catalogue — whether it leans on high-variance jackpot titles, on low-stake grinders, or on licensed brands. Studios change hands and names often, and where a name on a game is a legacy brand rather than a live company, the profile says which.

The catalogue counts on this page are counts of sheets in this library, not of everything a studio has ever released. They tell you how deep our coverage goes; they are not a claim about the size of a developer’s back catalogue.

If you are hunting a particular mechanic rather than a particular studio, the mechanics section is the faster route — most families are shared across several developers under different names.

Studio names are also the least stable thing in this industry, and that is worth knowing before a profile confuses you. Catalogues are bought, brands are retired and kept alive on the cabinet art, and a developer absorbed into a larger group often keeps shipping under its old logo for years. The rule here is that a game is filed under the name printed in the game itself, with the corporate history noted in the profile rather than used to re-file the catalogue — so a title you remember under one studio stays where you will look for it.

The other reason to start from a studio rather than a lobby is licensing. An operator shows you the slice of a developer’s catalogue it has licensed for your market, which is usually a fraction of the whole and never the same fraction twice. A game missing from a lobby is therefore not evidence that it was withdrawn, and a game present in two lobbies is not necessarily the same build in both.
