A rating is only worth reading if you can see what produced it. Every shortlist on this page is built the same way: we read the operator's own published terms — licence and regulator, withdrawal windows, bonus wagering, maximum cashout, the games excluded from a bonus — and put the brand on the list that its terms actually support. A casino that pays in hours but caps a bonus win belongs on the payout list, not the bonus list.
So the lists disagree with each other on purpose. The fastest-paying shortlist ignores welcome offers entirely; the bonus shortlist ignores payout speed. Reading two of them together tells you more than any single overall score, which is why we do not publish one number per casino and rank the whole market by it.
Numbers we quote — wagering multiples, minimum deposits, cashout ceilings, clearing times — are the operator's published figures, and nothing appears here that we could not find in writing. Where a term is missing from a site, the field is left out rather than filled with an estimate.
Availability is a separate question from quality. A brand licensed for one market may be closed to you entirely, so the country pages below matter more than the ratings if you are not sure what is open where you live. Read the rules for your own jurisdiction first, then the shortlists.
One thing worth saying about what a rating cannot tell you. A licence, a payout window and a set of bonus terms are facts about an operator; whether a particular withdrawal clears smoothly is a fact about a particular account, and no list can promise it. What a published term does guarantee is a standard the operator can be held to — which is why every claim on these pages is tied to wording somebody has to stand behind, and why a brand whose terms are vague ends up lower than a brand whose terms are strict but plain.
Each list is built on one criterion, read out of the operator’s own terms.
What is licensed, and what is closed to you, depends on where you play from.
Clearing times and fees are the payment provider’s as much as the casino’s.
