The large majority of Playtech titles carry a strong theme element, with Zhao Cai Tong Zi being no exception to this. Every inch of this game has a bright red colour palette, with plenty of gold thrown in. In most Chinese themed games, this approach is a little tired, but there is a real charm to Zhao Cai Tong Zi. What complements the bright colour scheme is a selection of Chinese characters. Admittedly, we aren’t exactly too sure what they mean, but they do add something to the appearance of the game nonetheless.

Helping Zhao Cai Tong Zi deliver the visual pop that Playtech is so widely known for are the symbols in the game. With smiles all around, you can’t help but feel jolly when you lay your eyes on what’s here. From the happy looking children to the atmospheric dragon mask, this game is rife with enjoyable clichés.

Looking Towards Luck and Fortune

In terms of gameplay, Zhao Cai Tong Zi isn’t the biggest game that Playtech has put on shelves. The number of paylines available here is just 9, which does cap the action somewhat slightly. Adding to that, if you wanted any more proof that Playtech is aiming this title towards a broad audience of gamblers, the lowest total wager is just 0.09. That being said, if the urge for risk proves too strong, you can freely ramp up the wager to a max 900.00 per spin.

With a Flavour of the Far East

As big time real money slots fans, we have a soft spot for any game that comes loaded with bonus features. Don’t misconstrue what you’ve read above, as we do think that Zhao Cai Tong Zi has plenty going for it. The problem with the game is that the gameplay just lacks replay value, as beyond its limited bonuses, there is a rather hollow real money slots experience awaiting players here.
