Minimum stakes are set at just 0.40 whilst maximum bets will set you back 100.00 a spin – so if you’re a high roller, you can expect a jackpot of 200,000. The more you bet, the more you will win.

Dazzling Design

The reels of the game are solid black and are encased in silver and gold. All of the symbols on the reels are almost 3D and appear to leap from the reels when they form winning combinations.

The little colourful blocks to the side of the reels are your paylines and there are various buttons to the lower of your screen. We love the logo for this slot machine because it has a flaming design to it, which goes well with the name of the game; Plenty of Jewels 20 Hot.

The low paying symbols on your reels are; purple, pink and green jewels. The lime and blue jewels are higher value again, with the orange jewel being the highest paying of the jewels. Next you have the star scatter symbol followed by the dazzling diamond that is the wild – this pays the maximum non-progressive jackpot of up to 200,000.

Shimmering Stats

You cannot adjust the paylines, these are set at 20 – the only thing you can adjust is the value per payline. You can view your current bet, last win and current balance beneath the reels. There are buttons for autoplay, paytable, gamble and start.

We all have different styles of playing slot machines, so it’s good to know that there is an autoplay button, this allows you to watch the game play with your current stake.

Shimmering Features

Wild – the diamond has a hidden feature – it’s a wild, so look out for the diamond symbol, as this will help form winning combinations on your reels. It will substitute for all other symbols (apart from the scatter).

Scatter – look out for the stars as these will throw out multiplier wins based on your current stake. Three or more symbols are required to receive scatter wins.

Gamble – this is about the most exciting feature that Plenty of Jewels 20 Hot slot machine offers. Press those reels and watch the wins come rolling in and when they do, you have the chance to double your cash – thanks to the gamble feature. Click the button that’s flashing and you will be shown red and black options, just decide what colour you think the next suit will be from the deck of cards to win. When it comes to the gamble feature, all we can say is that it’s purely a game of chance, basically like flipping a coin – so make sure you know when to quit – or you will lose everything, including your original win on the reels.

Crystal Clear Verdict

We are not going to sugar coat things for you, Plenty of Fruit 20 Hot slot machine from Novomatic is a very basic video slot machine that doesn’t take much to get used to.

It’s lacking in features and the design and layout of the machine is very bog-standard – but that doesn’t mean we don’t like it. Yes, it could look a bit better and could offer more, but what it does feature is decent enough for all types of slot players.

The sounds that accompany the falling of the reels are rather annoying – thankfully you can switch those off. The wild symbols are the key to the biggest wins – that goes for the non-progressive jackpot too.

Spinning the reels won’t always throw a win your way, you may be sat for a while waiting for a win, but when the wilds fall into place, you’re guaranteed a decent return on your stake. You can get your heart racing with the gamble feature, because when you trigger a win the sounds will turn into a countdown timer to make you hurry up and decide whether to gamble or not.

Plenty of Jewels 20 Hot is a decent online slot machine with generous jackpot.
