Speed Along the Reels

You’ll notice from the first point of loading up the game that there are five reels included in the game, which are joined by three rows. This provides a standard video slot layout for players, and the icons incorporated onto its reels are all very strongly designed. These incorporate various different drivers, who appear to be contestants in their own little speed race. You’ve got the butch, head-shaven muscle boy, known as Bruiser, the hoodie and google-wearing egoist, Twitch, the token female who’s trying to outdo her male opponents, and the cigar-smoking bad guy who looks ready to set his hench men on you, Hamaki. Included alongside these icons is a still shot of the moving car to the left of the reels.

So, the times one appears on reel one, times two on reel two, and so on. Should two or more appear on the reels at any time, the multiplier is added together.

There’s a scatter icon included in game play as well, which is represented by three blacked out men, and these can appear anywhere on the central three reels. Should one appear on each of these, you’ll be rewarded with a total of 10 freespins. During this round, you’ll see the introduction of the ‘Nitro’ symbols. Should three of these appear anywhere on reels two, three and four, additional freespins and overlay multiplier wilds will be awarded.

When Nitro icons appear, they will be stacked in the ‘Nitro Collect Meter’ from bottom to top. If one of these appears above an overlay multiplier wild, it is counted as both a Nitro and multiplier wild icon. The freespins begin with you racing against Twitch, your first opponent. After collecting three Nitro symbols, you’ll move on to the next level. You’ll receive a random overlay multiplier wild, and your next opponent appears – that being Hamaki. Four further freespins are granted and the next level starts. The final round sees you race against Bruiser, and you continue racing until the end of the freespins round.
