Overall, Spartacus Slots does a pretty good job on the graphics and visuals. All of the symbols were well-designed and the background of the slot machine did a good job with the graphics considering the limited space they had.

As for the audio, the slot machine was accompanied with a wide variety of sounds for when you spun the reels, hit a payline, or unlocked their free spins bonus game. 

The only issue we had with Spartacus Slots’ audio was the background noise. Rather than having background music, Spartacus Slots decided to use war sounds to accompany the gameplay.

While this is an interesting take and it fits in well with the overall gladiator theme, the sounds could get old after playing the game for a while. 

However, the background noise wasn’t something that was a dealbreaker for us and was more of an annoyance than an issue. 

With the graphics exceeding our expectations and most of the audio fitting in well with the gameplay, the sounds and visuals of Spartacus Slots were more of an asset to the slot machine than a liability.

The ability to transfer stacked wilds can lead to some pretty big payouts, considering that you’ll have a stacked wild on each set of reels. Furthermore, with 100 different paylines to win from, there are plenty of combinations that can be made with the wild symbols.

As for the background of the slot itself, there were minimal designs besides the Spartacus logo and some pillars to the side of the reels. However, given that there was limited space due to the two sets of reels, the background design did its best for the space that it was given.

Where we found some conflict was in the sound. Instead of background music, the game possessed war sounds to accompany you as you spun the reels.

As for the other sounds, Spartacus did a pretty good job. There were sounds for when you spun the reels, when you hit a payline, and even for when you transferred stacked wilds from one set of reels to another.

Spartacus Slots is a solid online slot that possesses a unique game feature that you will only find in WMS slot machines: colossal reels.

Furthermore, the user experience was pretty smooth and we had no problems navigating their setup or playing the game. 

Where we did faults were in the sound and in the payouts. While there were plenty of opportunities to win, some of the payouts for the symbols were lower than usual when compared to other slots.

This meant that winnings depended more on the number of paylines hit rather than hitting a payline in general.

As for the sound, most of the sound was great. Our only minor issue came with the background noise, which grew to be a little too much in the long run.
