Quantum Leap Feature

With the implosion feature, anywhere from 3 to 6 symbols on the reels are turned into wilds. On top of this, adjacent symbols to the wilds are also destroyed. This can allow for easy wins, which can in turn charge up the quantum leap meter to hit even more bonus features.

Alteration Feature

The next bonus feature that you can hit is the alteration feature. With the alteration feature, one random low value symbol is chosen as the designated symbol. All low value symbols that match the designated symbol on the reels are then converted into a higher-value symbol. If there are no low value symbols, then a high value symbol is chosen instead.

Demotion Feature

The demotion feature works similarly to the alteration feature. However, instead of replacing a low value symbol, all certain low value symbols are destroyed and removed from the grid.

Afterwards, new symbols take their place with the hopes of hitting higher-valued paylines. With this bonus feature, if you’re lucky, you can hit several high-value paylines all at once.

Incision Feature

With the incision feature, a wild symbol is put directly into the center. Then, two diagonal lines are cut through the reels with a symbol that is randomly chosen by the slot.

Gargantoon Feature

Once the quantum leap has been fully charged with five bars, the Gargantoon feature can be activated. Here, the Gargantoon adds a 3x3 wild randomly on the slot grid.

If you hit a spin, the Gargantoon divides to become two 2x2 wilds. If there’s another cascade after that, the wilds divide into nine 1x1 wilds.

If you don’t get a win with the Gargantoon wild on the grid, then one random quantum leap feature is triggered.

We found the user experience to be alright. While there wasn’t anything terrible about it, at times, we had trouble navigating the slot. Thus, it could be hard to find what we wanted.

However, aside from this, we had no problems with the speed or the other areas of the layout. Thus, while the user experience wasn’t great, it also wasn’t terrible.

This was by far the best part of Reactoonz. With nine different in-game features, there was no shortage of excitement whenever we played the game. 

The different features can stack together and help create even bigger winning combinations. Other times, certain features could get us out of a cold streak. Either way, we never found ourselves bored of the gameplay since there was always something new to try out.

The payouts were also pretty hefty in this game. While we did need to wait a little bit before we could get a big win, our winning paylines easily exceeded 100X our original wager. 

Furthermore, despite being a high volatility slot, we were still hitting paylines consistently. While most of them didn’t result in large winnings, we still were able to make back some of our money.

Thus, we found that these slots weren’t our typical high volatility slots. It was pretty easy to make our lost money back and when we did win, we won big. 

We were thoroughly impressed with the sounds and visuals that Reactoonz offered. For one, the design team was able to holistically capture the extraterrestrial theme that they were going for. 

All the symbols--or should we say aliens--were intricately crafted in a way that each symbol had its own character. Furthermore, the space capsules on both sides of the reels also made us feel as if we were inside an alien spaceship waiting to ride to their home planet. 

The sounds are nostalgic,  with the background music reminiscent of your favorite alien film. To add onto this, there are a multitude of sound effects that occur whenever you’re spinning the reels.

Whether it’s the celebratory pop whenever you hit a payline or the blast noise made whenever you spin the reels, every sound is engineered to make you feel as if you were in outer space.

Overall, the sounds and visuals of Reactoonz played a key role in our enjoyment of the game, keeping us engaged throughout our entire session. Thus, there’s no doubt that the team behind Reactoonz’ audio and graphics deserve an applause. 

In our opinion, there are very few bad things that you can say about Reactoonz. The game is chock-full of in-game features that are both exciting and rewarding. There are plenty of opportunities to get paid and the design of the overall graphics and audio are stellar. 

Sure, the user experience might be a little lackluster since it can be hard to navigate the slot at times. However, all in all, we had a great time playing the game.
