There are a lot of love-themed slot games around, which is why standing out is one of the hardest things to do nowadays. But Doctor Love on Vacation is not like any other title, because the legendary NextGen Gaming stands behind it. The story here is simple. Doctor Love is trying to hook up a short, bald man with a beautiful woman that never seems to find the right partner.

The theme of this game is pretty much as odd as it gets, to the point where even the original Doctor Love can’t get close to it. That being said, will love prevail between these two polar opposite people, or will it end in catastrophe? We’ll just have to play it and find out!

Design wise, the game is very stylised. From the moment you launch the game you’ll be welcomed by a beautiful backdrop of palm trees. If you look up, you can see a clear blue sky and in the near distance you can even see a blue ocean. There are multiple symbols in the game. One of the symbols that you’ll encounter in this game is the stethoscope, which is meant to signify that Doctor Love is listening to his patient’s hearts and he’s helping them find that special someone in their life. Next up we have the cocktails, the deckchairs, the beach balls, and the plane, which is obviously meant to take the loved-up couple back home.

Design wise, we can’t look past just how odd the theme of this game actually is, as it certainly takes a detour from the original Doctor Love. Even though the theme is somewhat “off the wall”, we can’t fault the production values used, as NextGen Gaming has come up big again with this real money slots release really looking part.

When Man and Woman Come Together

Considering how barmy the design of this game is, the gameplay is more or less largely as you would expect. You can choose how many coins you want to bet on, although it is preferable to go all out from time to time, since that would help the two find love faster.
