For a moment I thought this game might be about that children’s TV series with Pat Sharp and those two twins, but that’s not the case. Instead, we’re in the fairground with a rather large clown setting the scene for this entertaining slot from Microgaming.

There’s lots of fun to be had here with five pay-lines and some big cash prizes to be won. Only three-reels but with a wild symbol you’ll find plenty of chances to get that account balance of yours climbing.

Fun Fiesta

I used to love it when the fair came to town. Not for all those rides that made me wish I hadn’t just had a burger or two, but all the fruit machines in the amusement arcade. Not the sophisticated five-reelers we’re all used to playing nowadays but the three-reel games that were simple, but provided me with a little bit more pocket money or another burger once my stomach had settled down.

The reels are in the top left-hand corner of the screen and the symbols are a bit of a strange selection really. We get the single bar, double bar and triple bar symbols, all colourful in orange, red and green respectively. Then there’s some candy and the Fun House logo which is the highest paying symbol in this game. The bars do dominate a bit and I’ve had plenty of spins where the reels stop and there’s nothing but bars on show which is a bit disappointing.

Go Wild in the Funhouse

Not only is the Funhouse logo the highest paying symbol in the game, The wild can substitute for all other symbols in the game to help get you some winning combinations so keep an eye out for it.

Crazy Clown

Underneath the reels you can see the Funhouse logo.This is a giant image of a clown who doesn’t appear to have any dental problems. Clowns can be a bit scary to some people, but hopefully this one will put a big smile on your face If the wins keep coming along.

You will find all the control buttons down at the bottom of the screen. There are two decisions to make before spinning those reels. You need to decide your stake for each spin of the reels as it’s not a fixed amount. The range in this game goes from €0.25 up to €5. There are five pay-lines in this game and each coin you decide to stake will activate another one. This has a direct impact on how much you will win if three of the Funhouse logos end up on a pay-line.

If they end up on the first pay-line you win 1000x your coin stake on that spin. That keeps going up by 500x for every additional pay-line activated but if all five are live then the jackpot climbs to 5000x which is double the 2500x for playing with four pay-lines. It’s an incentive to get you playing at the full amount all the time, just keep an eye on your budget and only spend what you can afford to lose The minimum cost of playing with all the pay-lines is  €1.25 and the maximum €25.

The other wins in this game aren’t that massive to be fair. Take away the top prize and the best on offer is 80x for three of the candy symbols and then 60x for three triple bars. Setting how many coins you want to play with is dead easy. Just keep pressing the Bet One button or go for Bet Max to play with all three.

Also have a few free games just to get used to how it works this isn’t a complicated game but it won’t do you or your account balance any harm. Fun Finale

A rather basic slot from Microgaming. The look of it is good but the game could have done with one more theme related symbol rather than allowing it to be dominated by bars. A few higher wins wouldn’t be bad either. Still worth a play but not the greatest of their three-reel offerings.
