We did feel that this was not the best way to display a help feature and it felt overwhelming to be encountered with large amounts of text. We would’ve appreciated if the game had a popup of slides with images rather than just having several paragraphs of white text on black. We weren’t too upset about this though as the game is fairly intuitive on its own. In reality, most players would not make use of this feature at all.

It is important to note that although the help screen was flooded with text, the info button gave a lot of information regarding the payouts and paylines, all of which were displayed in a graphical and textual format. This, in contrary to the help section, did not feel very overwhelming.

Summer Smileys is a 5-reel and 30 paylines game whilst Drinks on the beach has 5 reels as well but only 20 paylines, making Summer Smileys a better candidate for wins. We did enjoy Summer Smiley’s free spins and bonus game feature, which were a lot of fun. The bonus game is triggered by landing a cocktail symbol. Although Drinks on the beach does not have a bonus game, it does offer its players a respin feature and multiple opportunities for multipliers.
