South Park Reel Chaos Slot Review

Unquestionably one of the biggest slot releases of 2013 was South Park by Net Entertainment, which has kept players entertained and won numerous awards since release. Even to this day, the first game continues to be one of the most popular slot titles here at Mr Gamez, and the developer has captured the magic all over again with South Park: Reel Chaos.

The name of the game is inspired by one of the better known characters outside the core group, that being Butters in his guise as Professor Chaos. He is joined by several other characters that share something in common with him, including Kenny as Mysterion and his somewhat useless sidekick General Disarray. They appear in the standard South Park style on the reels alongside themed playing card icons, the crazy invention wild card symbol and the bonus scatter symbol and you’ve got twenty fixed win lines over which to match them up.

Crazy Multipliers

The base game is all about random multipliers, which fits nicely with the chaotic theme of the game. Various characters can appear following any spin to bring a multiplier into play. Stan as Toolshed may come along with his drill and work away on symbols in order to increase a multiplier meter, or you may see Mysterion and Professor Chaos doing battle on the screen while a wheel turns to unveil a multiplier amount.

Bonus action, as always, relies on landing the scatter in view. It appears only on the first, third and fifth reels and you’ll need to spin one in on each in order to trigger the feature round. These are known as Mintberry Crunch bonus spins, where the character fights up to four different enemies as the spins play out, increasing the multiplier as he goes. Should the hero defeat all four villains then you’ll not only benefit from the great multipliers, but also receive a cash bonus on top of other prizes.
